Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before your tour: Cancellations are fully refundable, minus the applicable website booking fee. Alternatively, you may reschedule your tour, taking the non-refundable booking fee into consideration.

 

Between 24 and 48 hours before your tour: Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the applicable website booking fee. Rescheduling is also possible, subject to availability, and taking the non-refundable booking fee into consideration.

 

Less than 24 hours before your tour: Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is not available.

 

Please note: The website booking fee is non-refundable in all cases, as it is charged by the booking platform.
